What the drawer wants to implicate is that Internet rumors are so destructive that anyone can hardly bear but nobody can absolutely isolated from them.

Take celebrities for example, if descriptions of their certain behaviors and words have been put into the Internet, which is available to the public, they may be resisted or even abused via commenting or relaying. Cyber rumors can impose moral kidnapping on people involved, making victims suffer physically and mentally. In addition, social ability, even the country’s reputation may be upset, and netizens’ trust to the Internet will also be hurt.

In terms of shortcomings cyber rumors carry mentioned, the government should publish relevant laws and regulations with all haste and ensure their enforcement on creators of Internet rumors.Besides, institutions concerned should appoint specialists to check regularly to eliminate the spread of cyber rumors. Furthermore, any citizen surfing on the Internet should strengthen their moral cultivation, rejecting to erroneous cyber information on their initiative. Only through efforts of all dimensions can cyber rumors fail to harm individuals and human society.

The chart shows the result of an investigation on the question whether you have ever thought to take actions to save food. As can be seen from the data, 27 percent people have never had any idea about this issue, while near 50 percent people only have awareness, but never have they taken any actions. Sadly, those having awareness of saving food and also taking measures to do this only accounts for 25%.

This phenomenon can easily be found anywhere in our daily life, not only in food issue, but also in electricity and energy. Many people are used to doing everything with the television on, not actually watching it at all. Such a habit can cause waste of much electricity and energy, and result in the emission of carbon. This deviates from the popular concept of "low carbon life"-to reduce the emission of carbon, especially carbon dioxide, to protect our environment and realize sustainable development. According to statistics, if we can decrease the time for having the television on by one hour each day, we can deduce the amount of carbon emission by 4.71 kilogram each month.

To serve as responsible stewards of the planet, we must promote and popularize a low carbon life among the public from every detail in our daily life. We must change the past practice of sacrificing long-term environmental health for short-term rapid economic development, and shift to developing green economy, circular economy and low carbon economy. All these effective measures can help us to reach harmony between development of the society and health of the nature.
